Returns and Guarantees I give my customers 24 hours to cancel any regular order.
Custom orders and rush orders may not be cancelled.
We know you will love our work, nevertheless, all of our artwork is guaranteed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order it may be returned within 5 days for a store credit in the amount of the product price. Please email us within 2 days for a return authorization number before returning. Items must still be in the condition in which they arrived and in the original packaging.
Discounts
Quantity discounts do not apply to rush orders.
Delivery times All items are handcrafted and are subject to taking up to 4 weeks to ship depending on the artists' work load. If you need an order sooner for an upcoming event you may email or call in requests. We can almost always fit in a last minute order to meet a deadline. Shipping PLEASE NOTIFY ME IF SHIPPING SEEMS TOO HIGH!
All items are shipped using USPS Priority unless too large to qualify and then will be shipped Parcel Post or UPS. All shipping is calculated by weight plus $2.00 for packaging and handling. If you would like a shipping quote please email or call before placing an order.
International Shipping International orders will be shipped USPS Priority unless to large to qualify and then will be sent through UPS. Please email or call for a shipping quote before placing an order. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Minimum orders There are no minimum order requirements. Sales tax Any orders placed within the state of Georgia will be charged a 6% state sales tax. All other states or countries are exempt from this tax.

Sample place card holders will be shipped out ASAP. However large orders will take some time to fill. Most of the time I get orders out within 3 weeks. On a rare occasion they could take up to 6 weeks to ship. If you are concerned about this please email me and I can give you an estimated ship date. I will rush orders depending on my work load at the time of your request. Please ask if you need an order rushed. 99% of the time I am able to work it in. Please email me if you have any questions.
Rentals will be shipped out within 2 weeks, please let me know if you need them sooner.
